- Χυμό λεμονιού από 1 λεμόνι

Chicken fillet of 1 kg (500 g of bacon and 500 g of breast)
Dry onion 1 cut into washers
Olive oil 4 tablespoons
Mustard dijon 2 tbsp
Sweet paprika 2 tablespoons of sweet
Oregano 2 tbsp
Lemon juice from 1 lemon

Instructions
Wash the chicken very well. Cut it first into strips and then into very thin pieces. Leave it in a strainer. In a large glass bowl we put the chicken, onion on washers and all the rest of our materials. Cover with a transparent film and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. In a large baking pan bake pastries and bake the chicken in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then put it on the grill until it gets brown and gets a nice crust. Served hot with a garnish of our choice.
